About Make-it
In 2019, we scoured the investment world to find an investment product that met our own needs to safely diversify 1-5% of our assets into the digital and crypto space. There were none. So, we sat down and developed our own.
The result is an investment offering that reflects the entire emerging digital world. As a group of crypto and financial experts with more than 55 years of experience in the field, we created the Make-It Fund, which allowed our team to realize our vision of how investments in the young and extremely volatile field of blockchain technology should be structured.
Based in Singapore and New Zealand, we have been successfully managing and operating this very special blockchain fund since 2019.
THE MAKE-IT FUND
Only investors who qualify as a Wholesale Investor (or Eligible Investor) as defined in the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 may invest in the Fund.
The Make-It Capital Fund (“Fund”), a limited partnership targeted to wholesale and eligible investors under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 (“FMC Act”). The Fund is registered as a Financial Services Provider under the FMC Act. The Fund and its Manager are not licensed because the Fund is not a hedge fund nor a registered managed investment scheme under the FMC Act.
The Fund and its Manager are not permitted to give any investment advice i.e. it does not provide services where it is authorized to make buying and selling decisions for a specific client on their behalf.
The Fund is registered and may provide certain financial services including keeping, investing, administering, or managing money, securities, or investment portfolios on behalf other persons; namely wholesale and eligible investors.
We use our 5-pillar approach to include direct investments in cryptocurrencies, long and short trading, liquidity provision, DeFi, and venture capital in the Fund.
Since its first day of trading until March 2023, the Make-It Fund has outperformed most asset classes – the NASDAQ by 5x, the S&P500 by 6x, and gold by 7x, to name a few.

INVESTMENT PROCESS
Accredited or institutional investors only.
Minimum investment amount of $400,000 USD or at least $750,000 NZD or its equivalent in another major currency including Bitcoin.
Although this is a crypto-related fund, it is our goal to offer much shorter redemption periods than comparable investments.
